West Coast Metal Stamping provides precision metal stamping services for customers in all industries. They focus on medium- to high-volume production of metal stamped parts, and offer complete engineering support to help their customers optimize their part designs for better manufacturability.

While they specialize in creating precision metal stampings from stainless steel and high nickel content alloys, West Coast Metal Stamping works with a range of materials, including high- and low-carbon steel, high strength-low alloy steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, beryllium copper, beryllium nickel, and brass. They have the capabilities to process material from 0.001” to 0.25” thick.

They design and fabricate all their progressive stamping dies in-house to ensure the high quality and precision of their metal stamped parts. They can also repair old, worn, or broken stamping dies and use them to produce to part-print specifications.

In addition to their precision metal stamping services, they also provide numerous secondary operations to add value to their products and save their customers time and money in the production process. They offer tapping, pem nut and stud insertion, and robotic welding in-house, and can provide deburring, heat treating, metal finishing, and powder coating through trusted outside partners.

West Coast Metal Stamping is ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified for quality management. They provide traceability of materials, production, outside processes, and final inspection for every customer project.
